  Black Bean Salsa
Cooking Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, combine the onion, cilantro, jalapeno, black beans, salt, lime zest, lime juice and orange zest.

2. Supreme the orange used for zest to remove the pith, and add to the onion mixture. Squeeze the juice from the orange into the bowl as well.

3. Mix to blend all the flavors.

 
 
1/2 onion, minced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 medium jalapeno, minced
1 15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained
salt to taste
1 tbsp lime zest
1 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp orange zest
